Citrus Coffee

The combination of coffee and citrus is classic. However, adding to it even spices and liquor, you will get a completely new and unexpected taste.

Ingredients:


  • One strip of orange and lemon peel
  • cloves - 3 pcs.
  • 100 ml. orange liqueur
  • 30 gr. Sahara
  • 2 cups of strong coffee
  • cinnamon stick
  • 3 table. spoons of cognac


Preparation:


Prepare a refueling for coffee: in a frying pan heat the zest, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, cognac and liquor. Heat to dissolve the sugar. Boil the coffee, set the mixture on, then slowly pour the coffee into it. Serve with ornaments from the peel.

Cherry Coffee

A wonderful drink that can both cheer and refresh, and give pleasure to real connoisseurs of original cooking.

Ingredients:


  • 250 ml. boiled coffee
  • 50 ml. cherry juice
  • 50 gr. whipped cream
  • two cherries
  • grated chocolate
  • 100 grams of chocolate syrup


Preparation:

Mix the syrup, coffee and juice. Pour into warmed cups, decorate with cherry berries and sprinkle with chocolate.

Nut coffee

A refined drink is a bitter, invigorating coffee with a tart taste of nuts and light orange sourness.

Ingredients:


  • 100 grams of coffee beans
  • glass of water
  • 30 grams of hazelnut
  • orange juice - 1/2 teaspoonful. spoons


Preparation:

Fry nuts for 10 minutes, mix with coffee beans and grind in a coffee grinder. Boil coffee (hot water, pour 2 tablespoons of nut and coffee mixture), add the juice of the orange.
