Libyan coffee

Ingredients:


Ground coffee - a teaspoon

Water - 60 ml

Cardamom and saffron - half a teaspoon each spoons


Preparation:

Peach coffee

Muscat coffee






1 tablespoon of yellow sugar,

Jamaican Coffee

We cook Jamaican coffee.
We need:


  • Cream 1/8 liter
  • Strong coffee 1/2 liter
  • Carnation 3 pieces
  • Brown rum
  • Cinnamon stickers 6 pieces
  • sugar


The first step is to whip the cream until a hard foam is obtained. We make coffee in the Turkish, putting the cloves and sugar in advance. After making coffee, pour it into cups add 20 mililiters of rum and put the top cooked cream whipped with cinnamon

Creamy-rum coffee


For the preparation of creamy-rum coffee we need:


  • ground coffee-40 grams
  • chocolate - 50 grams
  • rum - 4 tablespoons
  • cream - 150 ml.
  • sugar - 75 grams.
  • egg yolk - 2 yolks.

Separately, whisk the yolk with sugar and cream with sugar until a firm foam is obtained. After that, both masses are mixed until a creamy consistency is obtained. The resulting mixture is set to cool, after adding rum.
After the cream is prepared, we prepare coffee. In the freshly prepared coffee, add the cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Mauritian Coffee

For preparation we need:
Coffee finely ground - 3 tablespoons,
Black pepper and cinnamon - 1-2 spikes (per taste),
Sugar - 5 tablespoons,
Water - 5 cups,
1 coffee spoon of rose water *.


In jezve stir cinnamon, pepper, coffee and sugar until homogeneity, pour water and put on a small fire. Coffee is not brought to a boil as soon as foam starts to rise, coffee is removed from the fire. In the brewed coffee, add the pink water, mix and filter through a strainer. You can drink coffee.

Citrus Coffee
