Coffee-Algerian

Coffee-Algerian4 grams of coffee,
2 ml of egg liqueur
20 grams of cream,
20 ml of water.
Pour the freshly ground coffee in the coffee maker,
cover with cold water, bring to a boil, remove from heat, then allow to boil again. Coffee must settle for 2 minutes, after which it must add 1 teaspoon of cold water and put on
1 minute on the fire.
In a thick-walled glass pour a dollop of cream,
coffee liqueur and then a thin stream.
